Academy terms

Personal access and use of course materials

My UCLA TMS Academy access is personal and non-transferable. I will not share my login credentials or allow another person to use my account. I will not copy, record, capture screenshots of, distribute, sell, or publicly post Academy materials except with permission or as otherwise permitted by law. Authorized downloads and approved accessibility accommodations remain permitted.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in suspension or revocation of Academy access. Any action affecting in-person enrollment, registration fees, or eligibility for future activities will be governed by the applicable published course terms, University policies, and law.

The Academy limits each account to one active login session at a time. It records sign-in and session activity, browser/device information supplied by the browser, and learning activity. Administrators can review these records and revoke access. The service also uses IP-derived security identifiers to limit abusive requests. These measures help protect account access; they do not prevent every form of sharing or copying.

Purchases and access periods

The October 15–16, 2026 in-person package costs $3,300 and includes two calendar months of online access, from the day your payment is confirmed through the same date two months later, Pacific time. This course offers a certificate of completion; CME credit is not offered.

Online-only access costs $1,650 for two calendar months, starting with your first successful sign-in after payment is confirmed. If you are already signed in when payment is confirmed, sign out and sign in again to start access. Your account shows the actual expiration date. Online-only access does not include in-person attendance.

Payments are handled by CashNet. Academy access is activated after payment verification. These are fixed access periods with no automatic renewal. Review the applicable registration and cancellation terms in CashNet before paying. No additional refund, fee-forfeiture, or future-enrollment penalty is established by this materials-use agreement.

Educational purpose

Academy materials support professional education. They do not replace individual clinical judgment, applicable professional requirements, manufacturer instructions, or supervised hands-on training. Completion does not itself confer licensure, credentialing, or authorization to perform a procedure.
